School Group Booking Request

Before You Start

Before continuing, please take a moment to review the key information below to help ensure your School Group request is the right fit.

• School Group bookings are only available to groups that comprise of 20 or more primary and/or secondary school students, with a minimum of 8 students per discipline per ability level.
• Restricted booking periods apply:
  • 27 June – 19 July 2026
  • Weekends between 27 June – 30 August 2026
• The details you share in this form help us to understand your preferences. Lesson times, locations, and instructor allocations will be determined and confirmed based on availability and operational considerations.
• Full program details, requirements, and conditions are outlined in the School Group Booking Conditions, which we recommend reviewing before submitting your request.
• Two-Day School Groups Packages are now available. These are subject to availability and some dates have had their allocation exhausted.
