Celebrating everything Aussie in amongst metres of fresh snow; it's what we all dream of! This year, the Australian flag and inflatable kangaroos were taking over Sarge’s Deck at Mid-Vail Restaurant as guests showed off their patriotic spirit.  

The Australia Day menu would have made guests feel at home with meat pies, burgers with the lot (pineapple & egg), potato wedges with sweet chili sauce & sour cream, and Tim Tam’s for dessert. There was free beer to anyone over 21+ with a valid Australian passport and a DJ was spinning music for the afternoon. 

Park City also celebrated the day of green and gold, with events happening at both Park City Base and Canyons Village for Aussie guests. There was Australian food on the menu, and a DJ helping guests celebrate through the afternoon and into the night.
