5 July 2024
We are stoked to announce that all four of Perisher's resort areas are now open, with Guthega making its season debut this past week.
It wouldn't be without the tireless efforts of our awesome Mountain Operations team who have been grooming and snowmaking around the clock to bring it all together.
Due to early season conditions, not all resort areas are connected with access between Perisher Valley and Smiggin Holes and Blue Cow and Guthega still not possible.
A free shuttle bus service operates between Perisher Valley and Smiggin Holes, 7 days a week. Shuttle services run approximately every 15 minutes between 7:30am and 5:30pm. Pick-ups are from the turning circle outside Perisher Valley Skitube Terminal and the metal bridge outside Smiggins Hotel in Smiggin Holes.
Guthega can currently only be accessed via car, with free all-day parking available (excluding NSW National Parks entry fees).
We are happy to announce that from Saturday 6 July, ski and board access is possible between Perisher Valley and Blue Cow. Please regularly monitor the lift report and snow report as access may change with evolving conditions. We recommend that beginners and less confident riders take Skitube for access between Perisher Valley and Blue Cow at this time.
