On Sunday 21 November, approximately 50 Perisher employees along with their families came together to plant 1000 trees in an effort to drawdown carbon from the Earth’s atmosphere.  

Launched in 2016, EpicPromise Day is aimed at bringing together the mountains, local communities, employees and guests to ignite a passion for the outdoors, conserve the natural environment and support local communities for a bright and sustainable future. 

EpicPromise Day is a Vail Resorts’ day of service, and our fifth annual EpicPromise day invited employees to volunteer their time and take a break from their usual roles to give back.  

The looming clouds didn’t stop our dedicated team from heading out to a beautiful property in Dalgety to dig, plant and water in 1000 native trees in order to regenerate land within the Snowy Monaro, creating new habitats for wildlife and beautifying the natural environment.
